Delivery Policy

Catlin Wine Co. only delivers wine to valid addresses within Australia.

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (assuming that you have provided a valid email address). Catlin Wine Co. is currently delivering to major cities and around the South Australian area. A quote for other locations can be provided on request.  Your location will determine delivery times from 1-10 days. If you are in an outlying area or one affected by some sort of disaster such as flood or heat wave, it make take longer.

Wine is normally delivered from Monday to Friday between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm. Most orders will be delivered to your door, however in rural or remote areas the delivery may be left at the nearest freight depot.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, your wine will be left according to any special delivery instructions you have provided. In the event that you have not provided such instructions, your wine will be returned to the nearest courier depot (Fastway). Fastway will then attempt to arrange a convenient time for delivery.

In the event that you are unable to take delivery of your wine after 10 days, Fastway may return the wine to Catlin Wine Co., additional charges will apply and no refund will be available.

Catlin Wine Co. cannot be held responsible for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. If the address is incorrect and the delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase. If the address is incorrect and the delivery is refused or unable to be completed, then the order will be returned to our distribution centre and additional handling costs plus freight charges may be applied to a request for re-delivery. To avoid these costs, I recommend that you double check your address details to ensure that all information provided is correct and in full.
