Tight and savoury – This Pinot is light in colour and lovely spice and length while maintaining a lovely lightness. This is a single vineyard Pinot that was made in tiny quantities. 2023 was a difficult year and this was made in a very straight forward way with long wild ferment and matured in small French oak barrels.
