The Adelaide Hills has a growing reputation as a home to some of the country’s most elegant cool climate wines. Displaying great finesse and varietal intensity, this single vineyard chardonnay hails from the Piccadilly subregion. Whole bunch pressed and wild fermented, it spent 9 months in barrel to develop complexity and flavour. Unfined and unfiltered (much like it’s namesake, my friend, Tash) it displays the raw power of the 2022 vintage – tight acids, nutty complexity and white peach on the palate. A special wine for any occasion.
